Report a bug from the app
The fastest way to get a problem fixed:
- Open Muxo and go to Settings › Send Bug Report.
- Describe what happened and what you expected.
- Tap Send. Muxo includes your device model, app and server versions and a recent log (passwords and tokens are removed) so we can see what went wrong.

Frequently asked questions
Which servers does Muxo work with?
Muxo works with Plex, Emby, Jellyfin and Silo servers. You can add more than one, and Muxo brings them together in one Home.
Where can I download Muxo?
Muxo is currently in beta on Apple's TestFlight. Join our Discord and use the "Join the beta" button to get your invite.
Why can't I download something to watch offline?
Downloads follow the rules set by whoever runs the server. If the server owner has turned downloads off for your account or library, Muxo won't offer them. Ask the server owner to allow downloads.
Does Muxo come with movies or shows?
No. Muxo is a player — it plays media from servers you already have; it doesn't provide any content.
Do I need an account with Muxo?
No. You just sign in to your own servers. See our Privacy Policy.
